I availed Home Medical Physiotherapy service for my mother and would like to inform you about your incredible and extraordinary team member, and my mother’s physiotherapist – Dr. Divya Tickoo.
Divya has been giving physiotherapy sessions, to my mother – Mrs Suresh Ahuja for about a month now.
Let me start by mentioning here, that I judge people much more, by the strength of their character, and how good a person is as a human being, rather than just their professional expertise, and knowledge in their area of excellence.
In case of Divya, She has not just has proven herself to be a great physiotherapist to my mother, but also has talent and expertise by her side.
More importantly, she is a warm-hearted and gentle person with character traits, which are hard to find these days – kindness, grace, empathy and compassion.
Divya’s physiotherapy sessions have helped my mother immensely over the past 3-4 weeks. Thanks to her consistent support, my mother who has a L3 and D9 compression fracture of the spine, has started walking to the bathroom with the help of a walker, she also helps my mother – walk around to the living room of my house, with the help of a walker. She is helping her, persistently with her physiotherapy.
Moreover, Divya has taught my mother, certain physiotherapy exercises to do on her own everyday, which she has been doing regularly – and these exercises have been quite helpful, in regaining her leg muscle strength and reducing her pain while walking, and sitting on bed. She is now able to sit on the bed without any pain, over a much longer period of time, than she previously use to, before these sessions started.
I perceive Dr. Divya Tickoo – as one the best physiotherapists. Her phenomenal competence and skills, combined with her empathy and devotion, to the well-being of the patient, make her an exceptional person.

- Be attentive to the exercises shown by your physiotherapist and ask questions if you are unsure about anything. And also be diligent with your exercises to see desired results.
